Maryland Artists Equity Foundation is pleased to announce a collaboration with The Division of Continuing Studies at the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) to provide scholarships for Baltimore City visual arts high school students. Pre-College students can experience firsthand the challenges and excitement of college-level art study while enhancing their portfolios and earning three college credits.

MAEF created this need based scholarship to help further the emerging talents of aspiring young artists who would benefit from a serious studio experience by attending MICA's four week Summer Pre-College Studio Residency Program. This all-inclusive scholarship covers tuition, room and board, art supplies, and other program-related expenses.

To request a Pre-College catalogue and application, contact David P. Gracyalny, Dean of Continuing Studies at MICA, at 410-225-2282 or by email at precollege@mica.edu.
