Our mission is to encourage, educate, and promote proffesional excellence in the creation of original works of art, executed in water-based media. We do this by exhibiting the work of our artist members in galleries and other exhibit space throughout Maryland. We also provide education to our members through workshops, lectures and demonstrations conducted by accomplished painters. And we support evolving artists like you. We hope you feel a connection th this artist community with over 500 members in the Mid-Atlantic states and a history that reaches back 118 years. May you grow in your art.
